How it works

Implement Cygnetise in four simple steps:

  • Each organisation can customise the application to suit their needs. They can select the fields that are required and the type of data used. Whether that be drop-down selections, free format, or numerical.

    Signatory data that counterparts and banks want to see, can be customised to include additional documentation and appropriate branding.

    Different Administrative users and validation controls can be put in place, ensuring suitable levels of governance for updating the signatory details.

  • We can help with onboarding your signatories, entities, accounts and signature lists onto the application, and this is usually done very quickly.

    For customers with very large amounts of signatory information, we utilise a bulk upload feature.

  • Once live, new or existing workflows can be used to determine any changes to signatory personnel and their authority levels. Colleagues, external counterparts and banks can be provided with read-only access to relevant signatory information and lists.

    They will then be able to see any changes you've made instantaneously. This means that they'll know the signature list they see is completely up-to-date, without you needing to resend anything manually.
